Just gone online to begrudgingly purchase a TV license, follow the steps through in line with my use and circumstances. Select the option to pay and have a box coming up saying that my license will last for 11 months and the remainder of this month, I then pay and a new box comes up saying that my license will actually expire in December, short changing me for 3 months use!

I've contacted Crapita to try and sort this out and change the expiry but has anybody else found the website getting you to pay for one thing and then actually giving you another?

Thankfully a credit card was used so can always charge-back and re-do the license but grates a little given the hassle involved!
