3 points on my licence , or do I ?

Ok , my own fault , caught at 46 in a 40 zone , no offer of a speed awareness course ( did one late last year ) a straight fine and 3 points , I paid the fine online and sent off my old style pink paper licence to be endorsed with all the required paperwork , 10 days later I get the paperwork (stamped " paid and endorsed ") and my licence back , now the odd part , my licence has NOT been endorsed , no writing , nothing stamped on it , nothing to tell anyone that I've been given 3 points ! . What's going on , is it a mistake or is it not recorded on your licence anymore ?

I believe it's all held digitally now?
