Do standard shocks (front) have thrust washers?

I’m about to fit a set of refurbed Bilsteins. As bushes look similar to this on wishbones, do these have Thrustwashers?

I replaced the front wishbones on mine in October. Whilst the wishbone bushes had them (except the rear bush on the lower one), the front shocks didn't have any thrust washers.

I raised the issue about them on here and many others though they didn't contribute much anyway.
