Just curious to know if anyone here experiences any dizziness or headaches in their car?

I was in a mates 458 over the weekend and yes we were driving quick, but I felt dizzy most of the time. Had to get fresh air every 10 minutes.

This just me or is this common in quick accelerating cars?

Be nice :-)

OP, think it’s only a small minority - not a common thing at all.

As above. If you intend to take fast passenger rides in future, you may want to speak with your GP about having some prochlorperazine prescribed.

Are you subconsciously clenching your teeth? I remember doing it in the first Lambo I had and had to consciously tell myself to relax. Think it was because I had a stack load of it on finance and was worried about pranging it!

biggrin My mate should've been the one worried, £60K down and the rest financed.

Strangely, tonking on in a car on a good road/circuit is guaranteed to ensure I'm absolutely calm and 100% relaxed.
