I heard that this was the original Porsche rhd press car from back in 1995. It would have had a different number plate back then though (911 HUL).

90,000 miles, and the first few thousand no doubt at the hands of Autocar, EVO, Performance Car, etc.

Did you know that Autocar recorded a 0-60mph for the 993TT in 3.7 seconds? Some months later they admitted that this was by side stepping the clutch at 5k rpm.

I've been watching this car for weeks - it was at 35k a while ago, then down to 33.5k, and now it's dropped again.

I know there's a bargepole somewhere around here....

Agreed; if this is the former 911 HUL I saw it for sale 2yrs ago when I bought mine and since then it has cropped up several times in Topmarques and Ebay (presumably with different owners).

Cheap? Nah.
Can of worms? Probably.
Shame it happend to 911 HUL? Definitely.

How can anyone know how good or bad this car is without doing the checks ie ppi? It may have had a load of money spent on it! When I were looking for mine some of the cars with low miles and loads of bills did not drive the best!

Winston,

Good to meet you yesterday.
I don't think this car is knackered by any means, but quite often things like turbos and diffs and gearboxs blow quite suddenly, so a ppi won't help to pick up those things.

On the one hand, that stuff may have already been replaced. On the other hand, maybe the stuff is so strong then it'll make no discernible difference.
But a PPI won't tell you most of that, and i think that's why this car will eventually sell for silly money to someone very brave.
