Apparently all last week, and this morning there has been a BiB with laser on the A4 under jc2 of the M4. He's hiding in the pillars in the centre and jumping out to book people East and Westbound.
Apparently his location is actually between the ramps under jc2.
I say apparently because I come down those very ramps and miss him
