Uploading photos

Been trying to upload some photos I took at a car show at the weekend. I’m just using the “upload an image” tag above this box, it’s saying the file size is to big though. It’s also on that thumbsnap, was everyone not recommending using Flickr? If so how do I upload from Flickr to here?

In the share option there's a bbcode. Copy and paste that here
