What are the options for transferring cash from one bank to another without having to wait for a 3 days of clearing. Is their an accelerated system that can be used if you pay for it ? Need to move some cash in a hurry for a new motor

Most banks will allow CHAPS - normally for around £25 per transfer. It is same day

BACS is the name of the free '3day' transfer when they take your money and gamble with it to earn themselves money.

Sometime when i've transferred money using my online banking its in the recipients account within the same day more often than not
