Used to use them a while back when I had an S60. Never had any problems with them, straightforward advice, no 'you're gonna die unless you spend eleventy million doing this, this and this'. Typical indy service in that there are no frills, they just do the job for a fair price.
Very good idea. Been using them for my Volvos for 13 years now for the more major work. They've got the proper diagnostics, use genuine parts and labour rates are maybe half the main dealer. I believe they take their job times from a standard book.
