Looks like their Cloud service is still up. I have to admit I've been having more and more issues with Tsohost/Vidahost in the last few months. IP addresses changing resulting in clients websites becoming unavailable, domains not auto-renewing which left my own company website down and a number of other clients who use my nameservers. They've started moving services across to GoDaddy and now the support is awful.

Been slowly moving everything across to Krstal Hosting.

How easy is it to move?

I have half a dozen sites and associated email accounts to deal with.

If you're lucky you're not using their cloud account and instead have a WHM/cPanel account? In which case it's really easy. If not, best to speak to Krystal on their live chat and see if they can assist you in moving the sites over.

Yes, cPanel, thankfully!

Thanks for your help.

No problem. Enjoy life with Krystal - they're like Tsohost were several years ago but are dead against selling out (thankfully)

We use TSO and at the moment everything is working. At the moment.

They don't seem to be a very good firm though and we may move (again). We've moved four or five times in 18 years as formerly good providers go bad. Is there anyone who has been consistently good?

Krystal.

I used them years ago and they were great then. Moved away only because a client didn't like their payment methods (I think my client wanted to pay annually or something). Gone back to them in recent months and they are just as good as they were back in 2010!

Incidentally a designer friend of mine has used them for several years and raves about them too.

I also moved a few sites to Krystal, all good except for the documentation! You notice the speed and emails don't occasionally go missing any more

Nethosted are good and for personal sites have Used Mechanic Web (EU data centre)

I'd say it depends what you're hosting as to which provider to use.

I host WP and Magento, so use Nexcess and siteground. Each of them know the platforms inside out so can provide excellent support
