They appear in General from time to time, then get deleted, what on earth is the point ?

I never thing if I need some help on various subjects, I probably wont need it off some strange internet spammer ?

So why do they do it ? what is the point of spamming mainly male, English car enthusiasts with this st ?

There's always a select band of people in the wrong frame of mind that need those services. Normally it's cheaply paid South East Asians running scripts to create as many logins as possible and spam forums.

I caught some of Alex k Digital human on r4 on Wed night (before I fell asleep).
An interesting part was that the 942 scams that use terrible English (Nigerian Prince needs to get money out the country type stuff) have to be written like that.
If it was in good English it would attract too many people for them to cope. The 100 morons globally who would respond to terrible 'i have much monies to inherit for you, please reply in most urgency' type emails are exact the ones they want.

So spam any site - doesn't matter how unlikely you are to get a response. It costs peanuts and you will get one eventually.
