Mr Men No.29 - Mr Quiet

I have questions.

If it was a regular occurrence that Mr Quiet struggled to buy his groceries each day then why didn't the stupid little tt just write a list of items on a piece of paper like the rest of us and present that to the shopkeepers when they couldn't hear him, instead of retreating back home to starve every night?

But that's not the biggest plothole in this story. If Mr Quiet and Mr Happy had never met before, how did Mr Happy even know of Mr Quiet's existence in order to invite him to stay? I don't see these mis-shapen, rainbow coloured s using Facebook in these stories. Furthermore, after receiving unsolicited mail in the post by someone calling themselves 'Mr Happy', why is Mr Quiet so eager to go and stay with him with no consideration given to his own welfare? For all he knew 'Mr Happy' could have been anything but and may have been plotting to murder him.

Mr Quiet was about half Mr Happy's size, you should see the picture of him 'welcoming' Mr Quiet into his house. It's sinister.

All the stories have dubious plotlines and sinister undertones. Mr Messy gets accosted by two establishment looking blokes who bundle him into their van and insist on putting his house in order before manhandling him in the bath.

Childrens TV is all kinds of fked up.

I remember when my daughter was young she was watching Baby TV and a wee sheep was mooching around quite the thing anf the wee sheep eats a lone mushroom. Seconds later everything is colourful and musical and the wee sheep is flying through all the colours!
