Any French johnnies about?

I've arranged to view a local 986 2.7 (2004).

A chunk of the service history is in French, and my shaky ability to order a black coffee and two beers hasn't helped much.

Is anyone able to translate, or at least advise whether any big jobs have been done such as IMS, clutch, etc.?

Afraid I can't be of much help, but why don't you try Google Translate?

I just went through it all, and I see mainly simple jobs, such as oil changes, brake pads, as well as the alternator and battery. It says that a couple of leaks with were investigated and fixed but it doesn't say how or why there was a leak in the first place. Apart from that I see no clutch or IMS repairs/replacements. Feel free to ask if you want a more detailed account.
