As noticed and commented on a fair bit on PH, the scourge of the modern advert is a godawful slowed-down breathy cover version of a classic song.

Instead of adverts using said breathy covers of classics, let's turn this on its head - what are the most innapropriate songs for breathy cover versions? What would said songs be used for? Lyrics might be helpful to those who don't know them.

I'd like to see a slowed down, acoustic version of NWAs 'F da Police' on the next appeal to save the Peruvian Snow Leopard.

Anything by Iron Maiden.

I've already offered Gwar's Salaminizer in the TV ad thread as it contains some 45 swear words before the first chorus, which is also quite profane.

It refers to a microwave and a TV in the song, so I guess could advertise something like Currys?
