Xbox 360 s or e

I'm looking to buy another xbox 360 second hand. Is one better than the other? Both cost around £50.

Low noise is most important, as my old 360 is no longer in a cabinet and is so loud I don't like using it.

I think they're pretty much the same minus a USB port and the old AV connectors.
