New Porsche Recall

Hi All,
Wondering if anyone else has been impacted/ has any more information. . . .
New Porsche Cayman due to be delivered next week but received a call today saying that although car is still on its way and due to arrive with the dealer on time that they will be unable to deliver due to a potential immobiliser/ tracker wattage issue?
Supposedly impacting all Porsche models delivered recently and due to a change in legislation. My current car is going back soon and OPC are hopefully sorting out a courtesy car but very odd.
Anyone else in a similar boat?
