Slime Question

Hi All,
My first post in this section. I've bought a bike and have tried to use Slime in the tyres. Got it into the rear tyre no problem, but I just can't get it into the front tyre. I've removed the valve core and followed the instructions to the letter, just as I did for the rear tyre which worked fine. But, no matter how hard I squeeze the bottle, I just can't get any into the front tyre. It just won't go.
Bike, tyres and inner tubes are all brand new and have never been ridden on. Size is 22" x 2.3"; Schrader valves. Anyone got any ideas how I can finish the job?
