Apps for time management/appointments/organising my life!

HI Guys
Does anyone have any good suggestions for an app/program that will help me organise my life?

A bit over the top perhaps but increasingly lately I've been struggling to manage time between priorities, jobs that need done and meetings being organised in a simple manner, ideally that can sync between a windows pc and an iphone.

I dont have a lot of meetings but would like something I can have reminders of jobs that need sorted, with reminders if possible. I'm working between a few businesses and find that things slip as I'm getting pulled in a few different directions.

Outlook covers all that as does gmail.

I use Toodoist as my task organiser (syncs with out look) and this will also work as a simple meeting reminder if needed.

Evernote is pretty good for syncing notes. I use outlook for reminders.

Just be a little cautious withe "freemium" stuff - over the last few years, anything good and free has a habit of being bought out and shut down just when I'm getting good at it

I use it for almost everything, it's heavily used in my business.

I'm pretty sure we'd forget/miss a LOT of things if we didn't use it!
