I'm looking to get some wheels refurbished and presented in a different colour and finish.
Can anyone advise how the finish, be it matte, satin or gloss is a achieved? Is it 3 specific types of lacqeur, or is it a scale? Is it possible to specify a % gloss ie somewhere between matte (0%) and gloss (100%)
