I've enhanced the imprint - but I don't know what shoe it is.

Looks like it may be an Adidas logo in the circle

The design looks like adidas but not sure on the exact shoe.

I think Adidas too. But not Samba or Dragons

My first thought was Handball Spezial or Samba, but not the Samba Super. The little dimple thing is typical of the rear of the sole unit on both shoes I mentioned. I’ll do a bit more thinking about it but the Handball Spezial in particular has a rather distinct tread that might match.

Try posting in the Trainers thread. Someone else posted a footprint recently was identified.

Try tthis. I've pushed your pic to the nth degree in Photoshop - edge sharpened top
contrasting negative with colour saturation well reduced now.

Save the pic, print it up at 300dpi. Take it to your local trainer shop, Sports
Direct or the like and start comparing.

Good luck.

K-Swiss often have a circle in that location.

The more pressing question is why do so many people exist who have memorised the patterning in trainers?!

I'd say so to.

I overlaid the adidas logo onto it - seems to be a very good match for the 'a' and 'd' and the logo would fit perfectly within the circle (logo is obviously reversed due to it being a print).

I'd just take the image to somewhere like JD Sports who will likely have a wide selection of current models. If you have an Adidas outlet near you - they may also have some past/discontinued models too.

edit: In reference to post above - ^^ yep - overlaying that image - it does seem a good match.

The garage at my old flat got burgled before we moved out. The throbber left a very clear footprint on a piece of wood as he was loading my collection of tools and equipment into his vehicle. Police forensics came out and photographed it. It was a Nike Air Max print, clear as day. Forensic guy commented "Yup, Air Max, all the ***** wear them!"
