How is that in anyway cheap, or even good value? The normal price is a complete joke and I'd expect that lot from my local butcher to be about £35.

That's what I was thinking, I bought 2x8oz rump steaks, 2x8oz gammon steaks, 1kg mince beef and 500gms diced steak from my butcher for £10

Well it's £6 cheaper for what you get then - and that's assuming your guess work is correct!

As regards size you'll have to trust me (until) I weigh them all the stuff I had from them always comes out heavier.
Quality is the key here but i'll be the judge of that after it's cooked wink

Normally we use about 3 local butchers (one is a very good mate of mine) I find with steak I shop with my eyes when it comes to size and usually can't eat it all - dogs have a good supper though.
