MOT went well (last one ever)

My normal MOT center has closed so had to find a new one. Lots of good reviews seemed to point to good things but still did not hold up my hopes. Got there, was greeted nicely, as the MOT system had been updated UK wide last week there where problems finding my car but worked hard to sort it out. Did MOT, and came back with short list of good points but sorted water bottle with not charge. Offered my tea as it was taking longer than expected. Talked to me at length about the little bits, wand what could be done. Just very good service.
Why can not all places be like this, is it not easer for everyone?
