Hi everyboby,

Im looking at getting a new car but not sure what to get as i want something similar to my mx5 nb 1.6 1998 but with 2 more seats, ideally it needs 4 seats, similar performance and handling, about tue same sort of price for insurance and my budget would be about £3k for private sale or about £10k if it was from a showroom/dealer. The only car that comes to mind when looking is the rx8's and silvia's but they are either two expensive or two much to insure, also id like something with less than 80k on the clock.

Firstly a four seater will not have MX-5 handling but that's not to say they won't be a decent steer they just won't be as sweet.

My bias opinion say go for a CLK they're a decent steer & have a range of engines to suit your requirements.
