I am after a 500ish square foot industrial unit to buy freehold, within a triangle of the M5, M4, M42. does not need to be in any town or city but preferably not too remote.
All the agents and websites I have tried have proved less than helpful.

Thanks for letting us know.

More seriously, a freehold industrial unit that small is as rare as rocking horse st.

not sure those motorways provide a triangle biggrin
any more specific than that, or just roughly Cotswolds up to lower Midlands?

agree with ^^ not many for sale for that size, but loads to rent - do you absolutely need to buy it, or could you do a long term deal with someone?

Well.... That's Vague.

My first thought would be... build one.
Build a load and sell the rest to pay for your own.

Sorry M40
Yes must be freehold
Yes I know they are rare, but not mythical
Yes big area location not important.

in that case I would simply drive around specific areas and go and visit farms, you might be surprised what they have...
