Porsche new car registration delays ???

Have heard that Porsche cant register new cars at the moment

Mobile signal repeater is now illegal and needs to be lowered in power or removed. They have a fix now I believe.

My salesman told me today that deliveries of cars fitted with the latest Porsche Vehicle Tracking System were also affected if the tracker had to be enabled. Fortunately my insurance doesn't insist on it, so my Cayenne is finally being released.

Hopefully that means mine is delivered soon.

They didn't tell me why there was a delay, just new model issues :/ And even on Monday when they called to update me, just said its on its way, but they don't know where and the two week delay still applies. Hasn't been a great experience to be frank, so not really surprised.
