Where did this come from?

I know haymarket needs to generate cash but why do I now have to download 3 huge images at the bottom of every page trying to sell me st that no one wants?

Just noticed this. Its a bit OTT and the kind of thing that pushes people to install ad blockers.

Get rid unless you want the forums to look like a crappy clickbait website.

It's a real shame Haymarket have had to resort to this. Surely pistonheads has enough traffic to sell proper ad slots to genuine advertisers?

Ad blocker is not screening it.

And there was me believing Haymarket had stopped making changes to the forum. rolleyes

Being constructively critical, could it be moved below the whats new/my stuff etc. links at the page bottom?

Which adblocker?
uBlock Origin on Chrome has let nothing new through today, lately or ever.

I’ve got adblocknplus and these massive three photos of sheds and insurance and other rubbish are on every page.

It’s so clumsy on a mobile device. Totally puts me off any company advertising or sponsoring.

I can’t even take a screenshot to show you as it’s too big ugly and cumbersome. hehe

This is dreadful.

I could live with the odd advert on posts, although this is becoming too frequent.

Sort it out Haymarket!

I have ABP and it was showing the sponsored content. A wee look in the options and there is a box for "allow acceptable ads" I unchecked that and the sponsored content went away

You seem the think that the forums matter to the powers that be, did you not see the post stating that no more dev work was being done unless the site breaks and that resource was being slashed?
