Not sure if this is the right area to post this.

This is on the front on my 07 Ford ranger. Not sure if this counts as structural? I believe it's the part of the frame that the front bumper and intercooler attaches too.

Don't think it's structural, think the key question is whether it's within 30cm of something that is. By the looks of it shouldn't be too hard to patch up if necessary, I've had worse pass an MOT before.

Fill the hole with some chemical anchor paste https://www.toolstation.com/shop/p47918?r=googlesh...

Then slap some underseal on it. Job done.

It's going to take a lot of paste to fill that hole! And why would you fill it with 'anchor' paste when you're not anchoring anything to it?

In the past I've used masking tape to cover holes and then undersealed over it.
