Hi there

Having been an avid reader of the forums for years this is my first post.

I got new suspension and tie rods a few months ago and got all the vehicle tracked perfectly. My steering has slowly been going off centre. Hence decided to go get it tracked again. To be fair it was off. So got it all adjusted and 25 pounds later I’m on my way. I wasn’t happy at all. The steering wheel around 30’ off centre

And tracked again perfectly and still the same.

3 mechanics later and all bushings suspension components checked we found that the suspension was lower on the drivers side maybe by half an inch. Settling that either one of the suspension components on each side is faulty. New springs and struts ordered. With the mechanics only using what is needed. The rest shall be returned.

Could this really be the issue though to cause steering to be so far off. Steering rack and the solid rear beam axle are dead on straight. Hopefully just one spring is a dud.

Thoughts and knowledge shall definitely be appreciated

If the steering wheel's 30° (I assume that's what you meant) off-centre after tracking the job hasn't been done properly!
