My classic has a cellulose paint finish which is really rough to the hand, although it’s got years ,of life in it. I intend to clay bar the paint but could do with some advise on which polish to use following clay bar. Also following polishing I do have some ‘ArmorAll shield’ which I thought would be OK as the finish coat.
So just a bit confused about a decent (not overly expensive) polish suited to cellulose.
Thanks for comments and advise.

Thanks Steveo. I will give it a go.

Is the armorAll Shield alright to use once I have polished the paint?

Took the advise offered and today used the clay mitt, fantastic and so quick! Busy now applying the autoglym, very pleased with result. Hope to be able to finish off with the Armorguard.

good stuff...been doing mine today with the same

just a comment on the super resin , you need to work it in /rub at it as youre trying to remove any dead paint etc ,repeat until its looking fine , its not a wipe on /wipe off product

Really surprised with the Autoglym, I had experience of the brand years back and didn’t like the way it left white residue in those tiny crevices and paint cracks. This new super resin has none of those problems, very good stuff
I started using the Armor shield top coat and have stopped as it doesn’t seem to be doing the job. Leaves paint smeared looking and it’s difficult to wipe off. Think I may call it a day.
