Video camera cradle.

Ive got one that bolts onto a roll cage, Organisers are normally ok with cameras as long as they are securely fixed. I have a link to a website at home which sells all sorts of camera mounts that sit on the dash, headrest, or even on the outside of the car
so im sure they have one for you, but you'll have to wait till i get home around 12
Power wise you should be able to get an adapter that will give the correct output relevant to your camera unless your camera takes 240v.. i just have 2 batteries that tend to last a good hour each which is plenty of time for a bit of track footage without using the LCD screen as that saps power
