1995 chimera top of dash
Discussion
A ratchet ring spanner, 10mm IIRC, is your friend.
Undo the screws under the dash passenger side that hold the glove pouch in place and let it flap down.
One nut is up and behind the dash. pointing backwards horizontally IIRC.
One is at the front and to the right of where you put your hand in. pointing down IIRC.
The third nut is in a bugger of a position to reach, up and to the right of the steering wheel.
But you can usually get to the clock without undoing the right hand one.
Pull the dash top up, and then towards you,. but be careful not to damage the material of the lower dash with the bolts in the top.

Many people have replaced the 10mm nuts with wing nuts. Makes undoing them so much easier. Especially the one in the middle, for which you need arms like a Gibbon.Undo the screws under the dash passenger side that hold the glove pouch in place and let it flap down.

Or for fast removal, do away with the nuts/wing nuts/whatever and refit using a few strips of quality Velcro. If doing your own repairs/maintenance/fault finding, this makes life so easy. No rattles, squeaks or positioning issues either.
I haven't replaced any of the nuts, nor used any velcro. Mine just sits in place, but I think I will use some velcro when i have finished refurbishing the dash.
So whatever you decide, don't feel you have to refit the nuts.
Has not been mentioned that the front edge of the dash top is secured with 2 M8 bolts. These are bolted through the dash top and just poke through clearance holes in the bulkhead below the screen. Again be careful when removing/refitting the top as these bolts can damage the vinyl/leather just below the screen.
