Bola make a wheel ( B7) which looks identical to the Tvr spider wheel , Do they supply tvr parts , or is it a better made wheel as you hear people damaging spider wheels on a regular basis .

The 18" Spider is fragile, 16" is rock solid. The fragility is mostly down to overly large diameter leaving little room for the tyre wall to absorb sudden impacts. Rim-bump, (inner tread surface making contact with the rim) is common on TVR's wearing 18" wheels. Especially so with Chim/Griff cars as the overall rotational diameter is smaller than the T cars.

I've had 16" Spiders since 2005 having covered over 35k miles with many tours including twice around the NC500. Those roads will kill wheels quickly if they're oversized

Bola do not supply TVR Parts.

A few on here have bought the Bola wheels. They are slightly different design.

Are the bola wheels stronger,16inch on a Tamora might not look right ,Will see if bola make a 17inch wheel that would fit and use a 45 series tyre

Bola have a 17inch wheel but it's only 7-5 inch wide, would that take a 235 wide tyre?

From what I've seen in pictures, the Bola wheel does not have the curved spoke design of the spiders, more like a flat face, so kinda loose the appeal of them for me.
