Can't believe this weather!!!!
I'm picking up my 3r tomorrow from Mole Valley and it's going to be pi**ing down.

Still I'm sure it will be fun.

Best weather for it IMO. Makes you a lot more sensible on the right foot and tames you. If its sunny and dry when you pick it up and you get all confident, then it rains a day or so later. Not prapared!!

I collected mine from its 6K service today and it was raining, but I still took the back roads from Nr Ipswich back to Cambridge. Great fun.

Thats the way I found it anyway. But then I had little experience of driving anything with more than 230 bhp. (and no traction or ABS)

I have never picked up any of my cars in good weather.

1 TVR Cerbera 4.5, 2 Tuscans, 1 BMW M3, Mazda RX-8 and the 3R have all been picked up in crap weather.

I think someone upstairs is looking after me !

Enjoy your day mate I'm sure you will love the car.

Well whatever the weather you'll have a big grin on your face. It could be worse, you could be on Corsa's or Cup tyres.

Drove up the M3 from BasingJoke this afternoon in the CSL and it was tipping it down. I could have picked up £20 notes with my buttocks!!!

The 3R is really quite civilised in the wet. Hope you have a great day and congratulations on your purchase. I bet it's a really nice Silver colour.

Is GTO3RAF going to comment on his new purchase?? Or are you still sitting in the drivers seat in your garage with your jaw in your lap!!

Think I sat like that for 10 mins when I got it home, then could not stop giong out to the garage time after timme just to make sure it wasn't all a dream.

oh my god!

I had a 355 spider before this and I thought it was quick. The 3R is absolutely awesome. Acceleration feels quicker than my bike (Honda SP1)

The attention the car gets is great and i've been out baiting the local contingent of Porsche 4s'

The whole car is just so well built I'd rate against the ferrari anyday.

One question though. Do all noble door mirrors eventually angle themselves down?

A common problem but there is a little adjustment/tightening possible - the factory did mine.
