VW CC TPMS Light

Hello,
I have a 2012 VW CC that has overall been faultless for me. Last week I got the two front tyres replaced and everything has been fine since, but today on the way to work I suddenly saw a series of Yellow warning lights pop up on the dash. These were ranging from; Lane assist, ABS, Self Parking, Tyre Pressure, Headlights and some other stuff. These all disappeared once I parked up and restarted the car but now I'm left with two different lights that are staying on;
TPMS Light is Flashing - Doesn't say the tyres are low, the light just flashes
On the nav screen it says "Optical Parking System is not available" - I don't have a rear view camera on the car so not sure why this is giving this error.
I've read it may be the TPMS sensor but would that cause error number 2? Not even sure why all the lights came up in the first place...
Any suggestions are welcome.
