Project Management & Invoicing S/W Recommendations

Afternoon All,
My wife runs a small Product Design and Consulting business and to date has been using a combination of Outlook and Excel to manage the Client/Project engagements and invoicing. She acts as an independant consultant at the moment, typically taking on a project and billing based on the number of hours spent.

Over the last 6 months her client base has grown and this system is now becoming complicated and difficult to manage due to the number of different projects/clients/PO References etc

I was wondering whether anyone might have some recommendations of a easy to use CRM or other piece of S/W that can;

Manage the clients
Track and manage the projects for each client based
Spit out an invoice (per client/project) based on number of hours worked
Outlook integration for calendar views

This is a small business, t/o of less than £75k so we're not looking for an enterprise CRM tool, just something that can scale better than the hodge podge we currently have!
