So, my wife wants breast implants.......

Before we get started, this was brought up by my wife. I in no way suggested it, encouraged it, or said anything to make her think I was unhappy about anything in anyway. This isn't just a guy wishing his wife had bigger boobs.
Anyway. My wife is 27, about 5ft2, size 10, so a small lady. We've 2 kids, 4 & 1, no plans for any more. As father's will know, her breasts have changed since the children, shrunk somewhat are everything is a bit flabby now. For the record, I love her just the way she is and have no problems with her in that department. But she's mentioned in passing several times about wanting enhancement surgery, and recently her friend has had it done, an under the tissue op, which apparently results in a more natural look rather than the horrible things porn stars have, and so now she's looking into it more seriously.
I have worries regarding health and complications. Issues during surgery, issues afterwards, further surgery later in life (they don't last forever), I've read it can lead to an increased chance of breast cancer too. Also, she's had surgery a few times already, gall bladder removed and various other ops relating to her pancreatitis. I personally don't think unnecessary surgery is a good idea.
As a husband, should I be warning her off due to health reasons, or supporting my wife in something she wants to do?
Obviously bigger boobs = win for me, but I don't think the benefits outweigh the potential issues.

Whilst you have her health at heart trying to stop her is unlikely to go well.
As long as she goes somewhere reputable and is fully informed of the risks, and what will happen as she gets older, then you are probably better off supporting her. If she changes her mind then support that too.

OK, serious answer - any non-essential surgery carries risks but it's ultimately up to your OH. If she wants to do it, support her and enjoy the outcome.Would you lengthen your penis with the same risks?
As for your second question.....ahem, I wouldn't need to.
Her cousin has had surgery, but she opted for over the tissue, because she wanted them to look fake (god knows why), and whilst her cleavage is impressive in low cut tops and such I've seen her side boob from a certain dress she wore, and they look rubbish.
Perhaps I need to take a look at her friends, who opted for the more natural version, to see if they do in fact look natural. Not entirely sure how I'm supposed to bring that up though.

I think you're a pretty noble chap that can provide reasonable balance to your wife's idea.But asking to see her mate's boobs is probably too far. Can't you find her on Facebook?

Her friend is one of these people that genuinely had it done for herself, they're almost 100% covered all the time. My wife actually tried to find some pics to at least show me some cleavage, couldn't find any.

She spent an entire summer wearing angora jumpers as she didn't want people to know she'd just had a boob job. Everyone knew, you don't go from a flatish post baby bump B cup to dieting and losing baby bump and a D cup.
10 years later one was leaking and was replaced at great cost to ehr disposable income at the time (NHS would have removed, not replaced, she went private). £5k in some private clinic in Bootle.
10 years later she started to get problems again with mishappeness due to the silocone leaking out in one. Turns out that she was one of the ones that had had the dodgy implants fitted. Couldn't afford replacement (quoted £7k due to being a difficult replacement from the previous contamination and that every ten years should be re-replaced). Dodgy French company long gone so no chance of compo.
So now shes 48 with one A pert cup and a nearly C saggy cup from the skin abrasions, swellings / lumps and on yearly mamograms.
Plastic vainty worked out well for her....not.
Meanwhile, naturally my partner had two kids and went from B to D and remained there, a bit "south" with the nipples after but the natural look.
I suppose at the end of the day fake tits are a bit like putting a K&N on your 1.6 Astra, you'll change the image to some, some won't be fooled, some will laugh, you know it isn't right yourself, and you'll end up spending extra money over the years as it isn't the real thing you wanted anyway.
