PH member data passed to 1st Tickets?

Can someone advise why 1st Tickets, who I have never used, would be emailing me with meal time details for my Le Mans group booking on the PH site?

Probably because 1st Tickets are PH's partner and supplier for the Le Mans trips.

I emailed and ask why I got it, apparently I signed up to their newsletter a long time ago and they sent the subject email to the wrong dist list.

Fair play for answering emails on a Sunday.
