You say a new battery...was this fitted before or after this problem ?
You say when you key on, the fuel pump does not prime ? Baring in mind it is an in-tank pump so would be pretty quiet ?
Any strange warning lights on the dash ? Have you tested for fuel, spark ?
And any history ? Or did you just wake up one day and this has happened ?

It is not a daily drive so only gets started once or twice a month. The battery was changed as the old one would not charge up any more. When you turn the key it used to make a noise like it was priming the engine, it doesn't make any noise at all now and there is no warning lights on the dash. 20 litres of new fuel has been added to the tank also.

The issue was there before I changed the battery.
I have not tested for fuel or spark as yet.
It started fine the other week when I started it but in the time between starts the battery has gone completely flat. I tried charging it out of the vehicle so the vehicle was left for a day with no battery in it.
Replaced the battery and vehicle would crank over, try to fire which makes me believe there is spark.

It's went from not starting, to maybe trying to start ?
Still no solid info on fuel pump status....which if not working, it will not try to start as per above, spark or not.
Basics....fuel, air, spark. The only good info we have so far...is it cranks over ( how fast ? slow ? )

Handbrake light on
Seatbelt warning light on
Battery light on
Haven't had a chance to check if fuel pump is working.
Engine cranks over at what I would say is a normal rate.
No battery wires left off.
Should the car alarm go off when you replace the battery.
I tried locking and unlocking the car last night and the immobiliser light came on when locked and went off when unlocked. Engine still wouldn't fire.

So all lights are on as you would expect ? What about the check engine warning lamp ?SRS light on

Car alarm could activate when a battery is re-connected...try asking on the Holden section for specifics. But equally, flat batteries, changing batteries can on occasion somehow wipe the transponder for the key rendering the car immobilised. Not often, but a possibility.
Although if the fob still works doors etc than that is a good sign.
But basiscs first....check for fuel supply, check for sparks. These two will help where to look next. But if CEL and dash lights in general are on and correct...at least electrically things seem to be alive and in health.
