Over the past month TSB customers have had their patience tested with the complete 'balls up' by them implementing a new 'super' system.
I fought to pay on line accounts, get a sensible balance etc.
However this txt message I received today really shows what TSB thinks of their customers
' As you're near your limit ,please make sure you have enough in your a/c to pay for any upcoming transactions'.
Am I being super sensitive to feel insulted over such a condescending missive,or is this good customer service?

I have the same when balance drops below 20 pence or something.

I just use it as a holding account to move money through so the balance is often only a few pence.

Don't see the issue myself. You would be moaning if you accidentally went over your limit and they didn't warn you smile

I make sure my account is always in credit. I know when d/ds etc go out and make sure money is there, checking every morning.Don't need childish remindings, would be better if they got themselves sorted.

Lots of banks do this, including Lloyds.

The problem is these things never go well, and TSB have done alright as far as it goes. This is also speaking as a TSB customer.

Most people think changing these banking systems is like installing Windows updates, when in fact it's more like trying to move from an abacus to Windows 10.
