Removing/Replacing Porsche Cayman Seatbelts

I've recently become the owner of a 2009 Cayman (Gen 2) and would like to add a few finishing touches - one of these is putting in red seat belts (I know coloured belts are probably a bit of 'Marmite' subject ... but I like the idea and think they'll look nice).

I've read a couple of guides about how to remove the seatbelts assemblies and it looks fairly straightforward, but I wondered if anyone had actually done this themselves and how easy/hard it actually is?
