Have entered my first sprint in the ginetta and considering trailering the car up as it's a good 3 hour drive and it will save the wife driving up separately with the kids.

What trailers do people use?

Have a few offers to borrow trailers bit mostly too small I think as trailers used for 7s so I need to check dimensions. I've found some dimensions online and will measure up the car but does anyone know any specific trailer models that are a good fit?

There is a Brian James clubman for sale near me (would need to persuade the wife though!) But it only has short ramps so not convinced it's ideal anyway.

You need very long ramps or a tilting bed on my experience.

I borrowed a clubman and managed to beach the car half on / off the trailer at the point at which the ramp met the trailer, the floor ground out, despite chocking the ramps to try an minimise the angle.

I have since raised the ride height from ridiculously low to just low, but even then I still don’t think it would go on.

Cheers James. That was my thinking!

Have managed to be a shot of a mates Brian James shuttle with LONG ramps. He gets his Westfield xtr2 on so should hopefully be ok with the ginetta.
