Panasonic TV red LED flashing 13 times

Hi folks.
I have a Panasonic 50AS700A. It's an Australian model, but I hoped the error codes might be the same.
It won't turn on anymore (well the display is blank). The led turns red and flashes 13 times then pauses, and then 13 again, and again. A Google suggests 8 flashes means something, but I can't find much on 13 flashes. I believe, from the little bit I have found that it could be a board that's shot.
That might be a fix worth paying for, but a new panel would render it a write off.
Does anyone have access to, or knowledge of what the number of flashes relates to?
