Subaru Wrx with 372Km?

Hello, So im currently looking to buy my first car, a Subaru Wrx. Ive found a Blob eye Wrx with 370km on the engine. This guy claims he has been the second owner for 12 years, Documented the service history, Synthetic oil changes, Rear wheel bearing done 2 years ago, Timing belt, all timing belt pulleys, timing cover and water pump all replaced at 360km.
The Car also has a exhaust leak near the turbo, Oil pan leaking , and a check engine light for an Evaporation leak.
IM not too sure how this car is gonna hold up on me if I buy it and how much repairing the things that need to be will cost. Any help would be appreciated
