I am trying to find someone to point me in the right direction.
I have a Saab 1998 900 se turbo coupe with gt30, bigger downpipe and exhaust, bigger injectors, FMIC, better fuel pump etc
I am hoping to find someone to remap the car for me to see if i can get it running smoother.
Also at the moment it will not boost,it only spools up then cuts out at 5k rpm? Is there a safety kicking in somewhere?
I really do not know anything about how these things work and need someone to help.

You bought and bolted all of those bits to the car, with no thought whatsoever to actually tuning the car ?

Wow. You're lucky you havent caused major damage already.

Do you even know if your factory ecu can be easily reflashed ? being a little older, it isnt always the case and can sometimes require hardware mods.

He could have bought it like that.
I'd recommend a Saab forum or a search on here in Readers cars which is where the Saab knowledge is.

Searching, there are some US options...but who knows about local options. It might be as handy to install an aftermarket ecu....of course that isnt a small job either.

Saab Noob can probably sell you a chipped ecu, exchange. Always has a queue of customers and it works :-)

Easy to remap Stevie using diy T5 suite.

Always someone somewhere cracking these things.

Although most of that seems to be 9-3 onwards ? Is his 900 not older stuff ? Or do they crossover ?
