Squeak and rattle kits

Has anyone any experience with the squeak and rattle fixing kits which are available? An example is https://shop.newgatesimms.com/product/squeaks-and-rattles-kit/. My older 911 has a few squeaks when driving on typically unsmooth Essex b-roads and I would like to quieten the worst of them down a bit without resorting to ear-muffs.

I use Krytox on the plastics, it's available as a spray, squirt a little on joints and it works it's way in. Expensive so only use a tiny bit, the Gummi Pfedge on the window seals.
