Android sat nav app with GPX import

As per the title really, any recommendations for a sat nav app for Android which gives you turn-by-turn directions from an imported GPX file?

Watching (and hoping) with interest.

Currently use an old Tom Tom unit that I can import itineraries into but it’s getting on a bit now.
