Anyone eaten here recently? Just booked to eat at the kitchen table really looking forward to the experience of eating in a active kitchen!

My Bossi/White days have long past, my fine dining now takes place at home, cheaper and more comfortable.

Anyway, fascinated by the remark about the Trip Advisor reviews, I had a look at them.

What jumps out is (to my mind) the arrogance of management responses.

Were I still in best restaurant hunting mode, I would avoid this place.

We at here Thursday at the kitchen table the service was great and the food was very nice. We had no issues with anything came to about 260 for two tasters two non alcoholic drinks and one g&t and a wine. The kitchen seemed very well run no shouting etc just very efficient

Seems a large bill for "nice" food in a no star place.

I'm a bit out of touch with prices, but I'd expect to pay less than that in an no star place.

I generally found one star places are best value, and in my "hunting" days came across some fabulous cooking in "stars in waiting" places.

As I believe Jancis Robinson said: "Any fool can buy a good bottle of wine".
