Hi all, has anyone here been through the process of completing the small payments institution payments form from the FCA? What are your particular queries?

Besides money exchange, can you better describe your business? Are you a high street based money remitter taking cash and then making wire transfers or providing something else such as bank account to bank account FX?

Have you any experience in this sector?
