Agreed, which upsets me.

However I'm so bombarded I've switched off from everything, except kids, wife, lego and cider with occasional work thoughts......

Interestingly, I spent a couple of hours watching bank holiday sky and in that time was asked for probably best part of £500 for charity commercials, including, water, cancer, whales, donkey ffs and the best, fking Russian bears, bears I st you not....

Bubble is the only answer, news, charity, stalkingbook, media, everything...

Going to open me a small blacksmiths and retire.....

You clearly care enough to make this thread.

I've never got why people who claim not to give a toss about X, spend a lot of time ranting about it and even more time telling us they dont give a toss about it.

When I encounter something I don't care about (Golf for example, nothing against golf or golfists might I add, I just don't find it interesting) I just keep scrolling until I find something I am interested in. Simples, problem solved. If it's got zero impact on me, why would I need to announce it to the world that it's not impacting me?

Yes I am aware of the irony of this post, but the need some people have to rant about subjects they don't care about confuses me and therefore demands I investigate it.

I am enjoying the news more now that it has been dumbed down to my level.

All of it. I don’t read a newspaper or watch any news channel. I’m pretty detached from current events and it’s a good place to be!

Most of my information comes from social media or word of mouth. The great thing with social media, particularly Instagram, is that I can filter out all the st and purely follow the stuff that interests me.

I would particularly like to point out I have no interest in the bloody football World Cup, or anything to do with football. Couldn’t care less.

What about the traveller that got stabbed to death with his own screwdriver after being caught breaking into an old couples house.
