As my annual mileage is rising to between 20k-30k, most of them long motorway drives, I'm looking to upgrade from a 2003 Audi A4 1.9 TDI. Great car, but the seats are too flat and I need a 6th gear. I loved the seats in a Saab 9-3. Any advice or suggestions?

Priorities are;
Good Seats / comfortable ride.
Economy (6th gear, not interested in under 40mpg)
Folding rear seats
A reasonable amount of torque for towing a lightweight trailer with a caterham on occasionally.
a refined cabin with a good hifi system.
Estate would be preferable too. Too much to ask?

Currently weighing up a choice of a Saab 9-3 Aero/Vector, Volvo V70 D5, or a 2009 Audi A6 2.0 TDI. Considered the a Passat / Octavia but thought the interior was a bit too basic.

BMW (E91) 330d Touring?

I have one on a 58 plate, I paid £5000 on 122k, now sat on 142k with only a service and a puncture repair in 20k miles.

It returns a long term measured average of 39.9mpg based on 75/80mpg motorway cruising speeds plus a bit of pottering about in between.
